4wrdProgress is a youth organization founded by Marc Maye and Devan Terry, dedicated to the empowerment and growth of youth worldwide. Through our vision, which is “to positively impact as many youth as possible”, we are able to constructively execute and bring to fruition the mission statement of 4wrd Progress: “To make a positive impact on the youth today, by teaching and implementing life skills, team skills, and building personal confidence.” 

This endeavor enables us to give young people the opportunity and appropriate tools to succeed and prosper. We believe the current positions we hold aid us in effective mentoring and shows the youth we work with positive role models. By actively engaging with the youth through various activities and conscious interactions, our personal passion and dedication for them shines bright.
